• The project has not started, and cancellation is requested within the eligible refund period.
• A service cannot be delivered due to circumstances under our control.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Completed project milestones or delivered work.
• Deposits and advance payments for services already initiated.
• Digital products, templates, design assets, or downloadable resources after they have been downloaded or delivered.
• Services where substantial work has already been completed.

Project Revisions

Client satisfaction is important to us. If revisions are included in the agreed scope, we will work with clients to address reasonable revision requests.

Refunds are not provided based on design preferences, change of mind, or subjective dissatisfaction when the agreed scope has been delivered. Instead, revisions will be offered according to the project agreement.

Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation at any time. However:

• Completed milestones and delivered work are non-refundable.
• Work already performed will be billed accordingly.
• Any eligible refund will be calculated based on the remaining uncompleted portion of the project.

Subscription & Ongoing Services

For recurring services such as maintenance, support, consulting, or managed services, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institutions involved.
